Children’s Party Entertainment Packages

Make your child’s celebration one to remember with a two-hour children’s party, packed with entertainment, games, music, prizes and exciting special effects.

Depending on the children’s ages, I provide entertainment for the first 45 to 60 minutes, then stop for refreshments and birthday cake. Once everyone is ready, the entertainment starts again for even more party fun.

Every package includes full entertainment, music and special effects, including disco lights, UV lights, bubbles, snow and smoke machines. During the games, every child has a chance to win sweets or prizes, while the birthday child receives extra-special gifts throughout their party.

How My Children’s Parties Work

When the children arrive, each child receives their own bag and can write their name on it. As they win sweets and prizes throughout the party, they simply pop their winnings into their bag to take home.

Choose from four children’s party entertainment packages, depending on how many prizes and party bag items you would like included.

Basic Sweet Package £200

A simple option combining full party entertainment with sweets and a small prize for every child.

Includes:

• Small bag for every child
• 4 sweets per child
• 1 small party bag prize per child
• Full two-hour party entertainment
• Up to 25 children
• Additional children charged at 50p each

Party Bag Package £225

Take care of the entertainment and party bags in one package. There is no need to prepare separate party bags for your guests.

Includes:

• Large bag for every child
• 4 sweets per child
• 5 party bag prizes per child
• Full two-hour party entertainment
• Up to 25 children
• Additional children charged at £1.50 each

Golden Party Package £250

For the complete party experience, the Golden Package includes sweets, party bag prizes and a main prize for every child. There is no need to provide separate party bags.

Includes:

• Large bag for every child
• 4 sweets per child
• 5 party bag prizes per child
• 1 main prize per child
• Full two-hour party entertainment
• Up to 25 children
• Additional children charged at £2.50 each

Sweet Free Children’s Party Options

If you would prefer a party without sweets, that is no problem. For an additional £15, the sweets can be replaced with party bag items on any of the four packages.

I can also provide sweet cones for £1 each, giving you another easy option for your party guests.

Parties With More Than One Birthday Child

Celebrating more than one birthday at the same party? Both birthday children can enjoy the special attention and prizes.

I can divide the birthday prizes equally between them at no additional charge. Alternatively, for an extra £12, both birthday children can receive the same selection of special prizes that would normally be provided for one birthday child.

Booking Your Children’s Party

A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the party.

Prices include travel within 20 miles of the SO31 area. Travel beyond 20 miles is charged at £2 per additional mile, calculated to include the return journey. I am happy to travel up to approximately 45 miles or around one hour’s drive.

Venue Requirements

To make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive, I require approximately one hour to set up and 30 minutes to dismantle the party equipment afterwards.

The venue must be on the ground floor with easy access and allocated parking close to the entrance. This helps ensure that the entertainment equipment and special effects can be safely and efficiently set up.

Before booking your venue, please contact me first to check party availability. This can help you avoid securing a venue for a date when entertainment is already fully booked.
